The Least of These Ministry has been blessed with an opportunity to meet a significant need! TLOT has created a new extended-stay motel model to benefit our community, especially our unsheltered friends who have an income but are unable to afford, or do not meet the income requirements, to secure permanent shelter accommodations. “Suites by TLOT” (formerly known as the Apple Valley Motel) will host approximately 30 individuals. Located at 5063 Franklin Road, TLOT will offer19 fully furnished suites for affordable daily/weekly/monthly rates. Each suite will include a full-size bed, private bathroom, microwave, apartment-sized refrigerator, dresser, television, comfortable chair and more!
We are inviting the community to link arms with us by financially supporting this exciting project as we
work to cover start-up and operational costs! Collaborating with TLOT is a great opportunity to attain
your corporate social responsibility goals. In addition, potential customers, businesses and employees
will notice your commitment to the fight to end homelessness!

Checks can be made payable to “The Least of These Ministry” and mailed to 602 Marshall Avenue SW, Roanoke, VA 24016. All donations are tax deductible.
