"THIS is what your support is making possible! THIS is the culmination of all that makes the heartache of this ministry worth it!" -Dawn Sandoval

Homeless to Hopeful
In February, the TLOT village helped a gentleman that has lived in a tent for 15 years move into permanent housing! He was humbled that volunteers (strangers) would help him get moved in to his new home.

This month, we were also blessed with the opportunity to house a mom and her two teenage children! They had been homeless for four months. Mom was in tears as she signed her lease and received the key to her family's own front door!

Special thanks to all of the volunteers who respond, at a moment's notice, to help with painting, cleaning  and  moving furniture. We couldn't continue the fight against homelessness without our TLOT Village!

From Here to There
So far this year, we have purchased Greyhound bus tickets to reunite four individuals with their support system in other states. One couple was traveling through our area and had the misfortune of their car breaking down. They couldn't afford the cost to repair their vehicle nor pay for transportation back to their home in Daytona Beach, FL. This caused them to be left homeless in an unfamiliar town for three months. The TLOT village provided them with a way to get back to their initial destination.
